I currently teach art in the D.C. Public School System at Browne Educational Campus. My goal is and has been to try to recreate the rich art education I recieved in my childhood by allowing students the opportunity to discover their creative voice within. Apart from that I continue to work both by commission and original inspiration through the fine and graphic arts because I simply must constantly create.
Work experience
I am designed a logo for Washington D.C.'s historic Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church's 175th anniversary.

I designed the logo and book cover for the Abundant Life seminar to be held this spring in Washington, DC.
I was recognized at an annual Black History Reception held at Washington's NBC 4 station (my favorite local news station) for contributing to the community through my art. I also exhibited 7 paintings during the event.

I attended Duke Ellington School of the Arts High School in Washington, D.C. as a Visual Arts major.
I graduated from VCU's School of the Arts as a Painting & Printmaking major with a Bachelors Degree in fine Arts in 2006.
